You’ve done everything right.
And still don’t feel like yourself.

This is exactly who we exist for.

What makes this different

Not a typical women’s health practice.
Not even close.

Women’s Preventive Care was built from the ground up to be the practice that didn’t exist — where the science is real, the time is yours, and the care is personal.

01
One full hour — no rushing

A 15-minute visit cannot untangle years of hormonal changes. Your first visit is 60 uninterrupted minutes. Luciana reads your chart before you arrive, reviews your labs herself, and asks the questions no one else had time for.

02
Someone who connects the dots

Fatigue, weight, sleep, mood, libido — these aren’t separate problems to be referred out one at a time. They are one picture. Luciana looks at the full picture, grounded in a scientific depth that most clinicians never develop.

03
Your plan. Not a protocol.

Being dismissed with “your labs are normal” often means the labs were read without context. Two women with identical results can need entirely different approaches. Your symptoms, your history, your life — that’s what shapes your care plan.

04
Direct access. Always Luciana.

When you message the practice, Luciana answers. When you come in for a follow-up, Luciana is there. No rotating providers, no starting over. Your history stays with one clinician who actually knows you.

Meet Luciana

The clinician who built
the practice she couldn’t find.

Luciana Svilpa, WHNP-BC is a board-certified Women’s Health Nurse Practitioner, trained at Duke University — ranked the #1 NP program in the United States — with additional clinical training at Stanford University and the University of California, San Francisco (UCSF) — two of the world’s leading academic medical centers.

What sets her apart is the foundation she built before Duke. Grounded in science from the beginning — with deep roots in genetics, molecular biology, and aging research — she then spent seven years working in Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility (REI) clinics across the country. REI is the specialty of medicine that lives at the intersection of hormonal science, ovarian function, and the endocrine system. Seven years immersed in that environment — working alongside leading specialists — gave her a clinical understanding of hormones that most practitioners never develop.

She is an active member of The Menopause Society (NAMS), practices in English and Portuguese, and holds licensure in Florida, Washington State, and California.

Pricing & insurance

Transparent pricing.
No surprises.

When insurance is removed from the equation, everything changes. Your visit is no longer shaped by what a plan will or won’t approve. There are no referral hoops, no pre-authorizations, no 15-minute limits. Luciana can order what she believes is right, spend the time your care actually requires, and treat you as a whole person — not a billing code. That is what cash-pay makes possible.
